Pine Creek Processing

Pine Creek Processing is a small USDA inspected processing plant located in Ridgeland Wisconsin. We are a USDA inspected and organic certified custom processing plant. We are very conscientious about the way we handle your product while striving to give our customers an excellent product and experience. No matter what size your flock is we will process for you. We pride ourselves on our clean facility and great product. We take the time to make sure your poultry is processed and handled in the same way we handle our own product. The customer and their birds are our number one priority, we want you to leave happy and come back!

History of the Business

Burnell and Ty Martin along with their family opened AA Poultry Processing in 2012 after seeing a need in the local community, this facility started out as a custom processing plant, then moved towards a state-inspected plant. After seeing another need they became organically certified, and a USDA inspected plant to help better serve their customers. Throughout this time they did not only serve their local community but those across WI, MN, IA, and MI.

In September of 2021, the business was sold to Logan and Amber Dwyer. We want to continue what Ty, Burnell, and their family have done so well for the past 9 years. We look forward to working with you and providing the same great service provided by the Martin’s. Logan and Amber live near Chetek Wisconsin on the farm we bought from Logan’s grandparents in 2016. On the farm, we raise beef, chickens, turkeys, corn, soybeans, sunflowers, small grains, and hay.
