Drop Off and Pickup Guide

We can take birds the night before or the morning of your processing date. They need to be there before 7 am as we start processing at 7 am SHARP! Although we cannot be held responsible if anything happens to your birds if you drop them off the night before.

 If you would like someone there to help you make sure everything is correct you can drop off between 6:15 am and 7:00 am. Our employees are more than willing to answer questions and help if they have time, but are NOT required to help unload.

Organic Certified birds need to be there before 6:45 am as they are required to go first in our lot system.

We have stacks of crates and cages that you can use for your chickens. There are a few cages for small amounts of turkeys. We will make pens for large amounts of turkeys.

You are permitted to come and borrow crates the day before.

You can leave your cages and we will put them off to the side once finished with them, but cannot be held responsible for them.

We do not accept cardboard boxes and totes with covers (containers with no airflow). Please be careful of tonneau covers on truck beds. All birds need plenty of air otherwise they will suffocate.

We will have cutting sheets on hand, please fill them out completely.

There will be tags to put on crates or cages. Please put your name and phone number on that tag and then connect to your cages.

Birds will normally be ready the next day, please wait until we call you to pick them up! Birds will be frozen unless specified clearly on your processing sheet. We can box them up for you, just pay the cost of the box. Otherwise, you will need to provide your own boxes, coolers, etc.

Payment will be due on pickup, we accept, cash, check and credit card with a 3.5% charge.
